Relleno Jalisco


One poblano pepper filled with cheese dipped in tempura style batter fried golden brown topped with cactus salsa. Served with spanish rice and refried beans.

Almond Cream Chili Rellenos


Two large Poblano peppers stuffed with monterey jack cheese, lightly battered, pan fried, and topped w/ a delectable sweet almond cream sauce.

Cochinita Pibil


Locally sourced tender slow cooked pork in an exotic achiote marinade roasted in banana leaves served with pickled onions, avocado, and a side of corn tortillas. Served with spanish rice and black beans.

Spinach Artichoke Empanadas


(VEGAN) 3 turnovers stuffed w/ lighlty seasoned spinach & artichoke filling, fried golden brown & served with choice of salsa verde or spicy salsa roja. Side of seasoned Maine potatoes & salad w/ jalapeno vinaigrette.

Carne Asada Platter


Tender steak marinated in olive oil, sweet onion and beer, served with flame roasted vegetables, guacamole, minced onion, cilantro, lime and flour tortillas. Sides are Spanish rice and charros.

Beef Barbacoa


From the Caribbean side of Mexico tender slow cooked beef with mild guajillo chiles and a hint of cinnamon accompanied by corn tortillas, minced onion, fresh cilantro, and lime wedges. Served with spanish rice and black beans.
